Students from all over the world visit our Highgate Campus every year for one week, two week, three week or mulitple sessions. With the intent to learn more about Culinary Arts or pursue a career in Hospitality. Chef Instructor and Founder Chef Kelly Dietrich along with other Chef instructors and Junior Counselors are sharing their knowledge of "culinary arts", "baking and pastry", "organic farming", "planting, growing and harvesting fresh vegetables" to students each session. The Culinary Academy accepts kids ages 10 to 17 years old. The Academy also offers Adult classes and Culinary Tours to South America. Students will be taught life skills in and out of the kitchen.
