CAMPERS CORNER

INCLUDED WITH TUITION:

All students attending either the residential program or day camp will receive their own professional Knives kit, Chef Uniform, Cake Decorating Kit and Diploma.

All meals and lab materials are included while at camp.

The residential students in addition to the above items, campers receive the following:

Daily Culinary Excursions
Kids Culinary T-shirt and sweatshirt
Kids Culinary Cap
Kids Culinary Bag
Vermont Maple Syrup, Lake Champlain Chocolate
Evening Campfire and cooking classes
Sleeping bag

All students may invite guest to the Saturday Graduation to enjoy a luncheon prepared by campers.

Since October of 1993 Chef Kelly has been on a culinary adventure providing tours and excursions to Food destinations around the world. In recent years his passion for South America has proven to be a favorite spot for students to explore. Among the countries of Argentina, Chile, Peru and Brazil are the most beautiful, delicious places on earth. Islands of Turks and Caicos also offer a wide array of tropical food and drink.
