| We believe to complete the culinary experience, students should learn where there meat ingredients come from. Although here at the Academy we do no slaughtering, students will have exposure to farm animals and how to raise them. Watch chickens hatch and care for young animals. In some cases bottle feed.
Some students will open a Honey Bee Hive and see how Honey is made. The whole culinary experience is learn about the food cycle and where our food comes from. |
