CAMPERS CORNER

INCLUDED WITH TUITION:

All students attending either the residential program or day camp will receive their own professional Knives kit, Chef Uniform, Cake Decorating Kit and Diploma.

All meals and lab materials are included while at camp.

The residential students in addition to the above items, campers receive the following:

Daily Culinary Excursions
Kids Culinary T-shirt and sweatshirt
Kids Culinary Cap
Kids Culinary Bag
Vermont Maple Syrup, Lake Champlain Chocolate
Evening Campfire and cooking classes
Sleeping bag

All students may invite guest to the Saturday Graduation to enjoy a luncheon prepared by campers.

Culinary Excursions

One week

Students will enjoy these culinary excursions.

Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream Plant
Private plane ride over Lake Champlain Chocolates
Cold Hollow Cider Mill
Cabot Cheese Annex
Vermont State Trout Hatchery
Visit Local Dairy Farms and Sugar Houses
Tractor pulled Hay wagon around Highgate Vermont

Two weeks

Students will do all of the one week excursions with the addition of the following:

Visit farmers markets and shopping in Montreal Canada
A gondola/tram ride to the summit of Jay Peak Ski Resort
Planned Picnic and BB Q with a boat ride to Burton Island State Park
Fresh Berry & Vegetable Farm, Pick your own.

Three and Four week

Students will do all of the 1 and 2 week excursions with the addition of the following:

Spend an entire day in Montreal and visit Produce Markets, Lunch in China Town, then visit the most exciting thrill of your life. We visit

Sky venture to experience the wind tunnel and defy gravity. http://www.skyventuremontreal.com/ then dinner in Old Montreal

Olympic center in Lake Placid New York

Tour local restaurants and bakeries

Private 2 hour flying lesson, you fly the plane and start the process for your private pilots license. Membership to Young Eagles included. www.youngeagles.org/You may want to book with our own pilot for extended classes.
