Dear Chef Kelly. I want to thank you for a wonderful week at your culinary camp. My son David really enjoyed it. He came home with the courage and confidence to keep cooking. He is now cooking 2 dinners a week for us... David is already talking about coming back next summer for the 2 week session...

Kids Summer Culinary Camp,  First of all I want to thank you for the fun time I had this summer at the Culinary Camp.  Every year I have attended a outdoor camp in New Hampshire.  I told my parents I wanted to learn more about cooking.  They were lucky enough to find your camp.  Not only was it fun for me, but I learned a lot about cooking and food preparation.  I especially liked the graduation when we received our trophies and diplomas.  I am trying to convince my parents to let me come back as a camp counselor.
