INCLUDED WITH TUITION:

All students attending either the residential program or day camp will receive their own professional Knives kit, Chef Uniform, Cake Decorating Kit and Diploma.

All meals and lab materials are included while at camp.

The residential students in addition to the above items, campers receive the following:

Organic Farming & Square Foot Gardening

Here at the Kids Culinary we aim to educate students on the importance of Organic Farming and Square Foot Gardening. We are surrounded with over 200 acres of Vermont Land Trust Organic Farmland. It is registered with NOFA
A Local Dairy Farm associated with the Kids Culinary is also registered as organic with Organic Valley.

Square foot gardening is the future for Chefs and Families. Here at the Academy we emphasize how to use limited space for the most production. The theory of Square Foot Gardening. And the future Chefs will be responsible for our next generation.
