The Kids Culinary Academy of Florida
Kids from all over the world visit our premier summer culinary camp for kids, ages 6-17. This unique culinary summer camp offers beginner
and advanced classes. This camp is great for all kids, either wanting to learn the basics or fine tune their culinary skills. Most of our campers are from around the country and abroad. Campers choose to spend either one week, two week or multiple sessions with us here on the
Space Coast of Florida.
Each day is a new culinary adventure with learning a different type of cuisine or knife skills. Many different levels of Cake Decorating and pastry are also on the culinary camp menu. Stocks, Soups and Sauces. Beef, Seafood and Poultry. Ethnic cuisine and terminology are part of the fun here at the Kid's Culinary Academy of Florida.
All New Junior Baking Program for kids ages 6 - 10. Each Day from 8:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. kids learn baking skills, pastries, and cake decorating Students will receive all the necessary chef equipment to decorate all kinds of cakes. Also on the menu is Pies, Cookies and Desserts including Creme Brûlée, Baked Alaska, Chocolate Mousse and a Death by Chocolate Trifle with Strawberries.
It is easy to enroll and we will even pick you up free of charge from the airport for our out of state campers.
