Classes run either on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for 6 weeks. You choose which day or night of the week you would prefer to attend. Day Class begins at 10 A.M. till 2 P.M. Evening Class begins at 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M.
Each class offers dinner, wine and culinary instruction. Students each receive a professional chef uniform and knife kit. Culinary Certificate. All food and wine are included in price. To attend the Art of Culinary 2 and Art of Culinary 3 you must have completed Art of Culinary 1 A $100 discount is given for Art of Culinary 2 and Art of Culinary 3 students. Additional Savings if you sign up for all 3 courses.
Seasonal & Holiday Adult Cooking Classes
These Classes will run throughout the year depending on the Holiday or Season. We will offer a 6 week course on planning, purchasing, preparing and serving your Holiday Feast. This course is offered the beginning of November through Mid December. Come and Enjoy Homemade Recipes and Classic Dishes for your next Holiday Gathering. Other classes will be around Valentines Day & Easter.

Weekend Adult Cooking Classes.
Come and explore the Culinary Arts at our all new facility in Highgate Vermont with Chef Kelly Q. Dietrich. Cooking terminology and techniques are all offered in this weekend of culinary. Sauces, Soups, Seasonings, Knife skills will be taught. Seafood, Vegetarian, Beef and Poultry are on the Menu at our all inclusive culinary weekend.
We offer weekend classes beginning on Friday evenings until Sunday afternoon. Learning several areas of Culinary Arts and Baking.
Arrive Friday evening at 7:00 P.M. to meet our Chef Instructors and other students. A light dinner and wine will be served, and then it is off to your bunk. Wake up Saturday morning and start in the kitchen with a short lecture on the days topic, then the culinary fun begins with lunch preparation.
After lunch we begin the lessons with a dinner menu. Appetizer, Salad, Entrée, Dessert. Usually we finish up by 5:00 P.M. You will have Saturday evening off to either visit the night life in near by Montreal Canada. Or you may wish to stay back at the camp and enjoy some wine and local cheese.
Sunday Morning Collect eggs from our henhouse and begin with a country breakfast prepared by you. We will discuss breakfast menu planning and use local ingredients.
Students will be busy the rest of the day learning more cooking and preparation techniques. You will have to plan a menu and prepare for yourself and the other students to taste. Wine pairing from our wine cellar will finish up the weekend
Students are usually finished by 3:00 P.M. You may elect to spend the rest of the day and night at the camp or return back home on Sunday afternoon.
Each student will receive their own professional chef uniform & knife kit. Culinary Certificate. All food and beverage along with lodging at our camp are included.
