The Kid’s Culinary Academy offers Day Camp for residents of Vermont.  Our camp is located on the Canadian Border in Highgate Vermont.  Approximately one hour north of Burlington Vermont.

Each morning Monday thru Friday students arrive at 7:30 A.M. to have breakfast with the residential campers then to class at 8:00 A.M.  Students receive the same instruction along with the residential campers upon until lunch time.  At that time we enjoy the meal that the kids have prepared then the Day campers are excused until the following day.  Residential campers will be off to a culinary excursion in the afternoon, and then back to camp for an evening class at the Academy.

Day campers do participate in the Saturday graduation.  Students will arrive normal time at 7:30 A.M. then the graduation is at Noon on Saturday.  Friends and family are invited for a luncheon the students prepare.

Day campers receive a professional knife kit, chef uniform, cake decorating kit and diploma.

Day campers will not attend any culinary excursions or evening classes at the Academy.
