Junior Baking Day Camp Junior Baking Camp is each day from 1:00 P.M. till 5:00 P.M. Campers will learn different baking techniques while having fun creating breads, desserts and pastries. Our Junior Culinary Camp is designed to have students learn to measure, read and perform different recipes and mixing techniques. When you pick up your Junior Baker, you will be greeted with the production of baked goods from that day to bring home and enjoy. On Saturday Junior Bakers will receive their Full Chef Uniform, Diploma and Culinary Medallion at graduation along with a luncheon prepared for you and a guest. Every student has a chance to win A new Kitchen Aid Mixer.
